Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will work with iconic brands to increase the social presence and drive new business. This role will create and execute the social media strategy to build awareness of FranklinCovey solutions while growing and engaging the user base. A successful candidate will have experience leading social media in a B2B organization and be able to think both creatively and strategically. They will collect and review social media data, meet target goals, adhere to budgets, and work closely with other teams in the marketing department.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop social media campaigns to increase our reach and engagement with our target market.
  • Write copy and produce social media posts.
  • Monitor trends in social media applications, channels, design, and strategy.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users while moving them through the marketing funnel.
  • Manage promotions and social ad campaigns that integrate with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on key metrics (followers, engagement, etc.) and adjust strategy as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in B2B social media management.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn and Facebook advertising platforms required.
  • Ability to produce world-class work that meets brand requirements.
  • Strong writing, grammatical, and proofreading skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication abilities with all levels and roles.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a wide variety of personalities and opinions.
  • Drive to learn new skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability.
