Job Summary

The primary role of the Coaching Coordinator is to provide client support and administrative functions for corporate clients in a team environment. 

Essential Job Functions

• Assisting RGP leaders with creating client-facing presentations and proposals
• Creating Statements of Work and working with RGP leaders during the sales and delivery process
• Coordinating client communication regarding engagements currently in flight and helping to schedule critical meetings for RGP personnel
• Working with RGP coaches to set up all necessary internal and client reporting as they start engagements
• Program management and client management for leadership development programs
• Assist RGP leaders with schedule management

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of previous consulting experience, with Human Resources / Organizational Design experience being a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • Location strongly preferred in central Ohio
  • Seeking full-time
  • Energetic and client-oriented professional, with exceptional interpersonal and strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
  • Organized with high attention to detail, strong technical skills with MS Office as well as presentation creation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of our business and grow with our organization
  • We are looking for motivated team players with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
