We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Community Engagement Marketing Manager who wants to climb aboard this rocket and build a community to help clients thrive. As the Community Engagement Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for setting the strategy and executing on tactics that drive customer engagement. You will be the voice of the brand and work cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing and sales to drive your initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set, refine and execute on the community marketing strategy, roadmap, and success metrics—in conjunction with marketing and the executive team
  • Increase knowledge and usage of their subscription
  • Connect community members
  • Grow the size and impact of our online community
  • Create a community so helpful that clients see value above and beyond their subscription—something that will make them want to renew and expand

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years in B2B tech marketing (community management and or customer marketing experience preferred).
  • Passion around being a community and customer advocate. You understand why customer voices are so important.
  • You can influence and set strategy and execute with the best of them. High energy, self-motivated, full of ideas, with ability to execute.
  • Strong communicator (listening, writing, interpersonal skills, a great listener) and relationship builder.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Someone who wants to make a difference in the world.
