Title:  Consultant Coordinator

Reports to:  Senior Consultant Operations Manager

Location: Remote - Anywhere in US

Job Summary

The Consultant Coordinator will be the primary contact for consultant operational questions coming from the field. This field facing support includes fulfilling consultant resource needs, answering consultant scheduling and pay questions and troubleshooting consultant holds/CPQ challenges. This role will work with the Senior Consultant Operations Manager to improve consultant visibility, escalate emergency consultant coverage as needed and navigate scheduling conflicts. The Consultant Coordinator owns the creation, distribution, and accuracy of all consultant reports and scoreboards. This role maintains the consultant and field facing SharePoint sites ensuring that the information shared remains current and relevant. The Consultant Coordinator works seamlessly with the Consultant Enablement Specialist to manage the tools and resources needed for consultant visibility and enablement such as scheduling new consultant observations and shipping certification materials.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Provides day to day consultant operational support to field ranging from resource requests to troubleshooting consultant holds/CPQ challenges and consultant pay questions.
  • Creates and maintains accurate consultant reports and scoreboards.
  • Keeps the consultant team SharePoint site current, relevant and ensures the communications are clear and timely.
  • Project task management – executing on specific tasks to complete team projects.
  • Works dynamically across teams to meet operational and consultant needs.
  • Prioritizes requests and urgencies to ensure we exceed the client’s expectations.

 

Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide centralized resourcing/emergency consultant coverage 
  • Generate reports and scoreboards (Utilization, NPS, Producer, Booked Day, PDJ, Moonshot)
  • CEC/CP Support- consultant availability, troubleshooting consultant pay, troubleshooting CPQ/SFDC issues 
  • Maintain Enable Greatness site
  • Process Materials Orders
  • Ensure successful team calls (organize birthdays/anniversaries, topics, guest speakers, summaries/recordings)
  • Schedule new consultant observations
  • Participate in special projects as needed
