Title: All Access Pass (AAP) Digital Solutions Partner (DSP)
Reports to: Manager of Digital Learning
Location: Anywhere in the USA

Job Summary

This role works closely with Client Partners, Managing Directors, Client Engagement Coordinators, and Implementation Specialists to support All Access pass clients during presale, implementation, and renewal.

This role also partners with the Digital Platform team, Learning Solutions, Passholders Services, Operations, All Access Care, and Marketing. Partnering with these cross-functional teams to share knowledge, needs, opportunities, best practices and improve and create new processes/systems that support AAP.

The DSP is an SME on the AAP and other digital platforms. This includes in-depth knowledge of the technology and platform, positioning, integration/roll-out, client success, and optimal usage. The DSP works closely with the Client Partner and Implementation Specialist on large rollouts providing support and training as needed. The position requires a high proficiency around modality options, technical aspects/options within the portal, and the available content. The DSP is an expert when sharing best practices as they relate to the portal and modality preferences regarding specific client needs.

The DSP contributes within the following functions:

  • Pre-Sales (assist in getting the sale)
  • Post-Sales (client success)
  • Cross-functional Team Lead
  • Team Support and Training
  • Integration: SCORM, Single Sign-On, Flat File, and other options on the roadmap

Essential Job Functions:

  • All Access Pass Overviews:
    • Provide customized All Access Pass portal demos based on client need, demonstrate relatable use cases and client successes.
    • Present weekly All Access webcasts to support lead generation.
    • Present and demo Impact Journeys aligned to client needs.
  • Remove Barriers: Clear the path, get necessary approvals, provide answers to questions, work with cross-function teams to remove barriers, and improve products and processes.
  • Communications: Provide content and messaging for communications and updates for internal and external All Access Pass stakeholders.
  • Integration/Technical Consultant: Share insight and options regarding LMS, SSO, and other system integration options per client requirements. Act as a technical consultant and address specific technical concerns or issues and coordinate resolution with clients. Facilitate SCORM integration process including testing, troubleshooting, delivery, and best practices.
  • Solution Recommendations: Strategize to provide creative “out of the box” recommendations and approaches to unique client needs.
  • Special Projects: Involvement in special projects and campaigns as assigned by the executive team and others.

Job Requirements


BA/BS degree with a high degree of resourcefulness and problem-solving skills required.  Ability to flex and adapt presentation and plans based on client needs.  Willingness to collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams throughout the organization with the ability to influence change and innovate.  Strong customer service orientation, self-directed and high degree of business maturity and motivation required.  Strong technical acumen and ability to learn technical tools and information quickly.  Client support or account management experience is preferred.  Excellent oral and written communication skills with key stakeholders including the executive suite.
