Title: Education Coaching Operations Specialist
Reports to: Coach Managing Director

Temporary Position from May 2021 - September 2021

Job Summary

The primary role of the Coaching Operations Specialist is to deliver service and support to Leader in Me Coaches and ensure client retention.  This includes the stewardship of approximately twenty to thirty coaches within an assigned territory.

Through training, this individual will acquire knowledge on FranklinCovey offerings including tools, work sessions and training components for our solutions.  To learn more about FranklinCovey Education Solutions, please visit    

Job Functions

To retain the business of every client, the Coaching Operations Specialist will assist coaches in providing a valuable coaching experience by:

  • Promoting a positive cadence of accountability through timely and relevant communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Booking touchpoints (Onsite, Regional, Community, and Virtual Coaching) to maximize coaching capacity and minimize client expense.
  • Developing and executing step-by-step coaching systems and synergize with cross-functional teams.
  • Assisting coaches with time management and organization through the Event Manager, Outlook and Bookings calendaring systems.
  • Managing Regional and Community events through the Aventri registration system.
  • Providing administrative support to the coaches with, Google Apps, and internal systems.
  • Providing technical support to the coaches with Bookings, Outlook, Evernote and Zoom.
  • Participating in a yearly Coach Academy; engaging in weekly Systems Action Team meetings.
  • Completing all other duties/projects as assigned.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen well and build strong relationships with all stakeholders. 
  • The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing is essential. 
  • Detail-oriented, the ability to quickly learn new technologies, and strong technical acumen are fundamental, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Experience with is preferred. 
  • Intrinsically motivated team players, with strong work ethic, and the ability to function independently. 
  • Experienced educators and those with knowledge of FranklinCovey programs and content preferred.
