Essential Functions
The Creative Lab Graphic Designer is responsible for print and interactive design of a wide variety of curriculum, promotional, advertising, and marketing collateral to support the practices, regions, and marketing efforts of FranklinCovey. Your design responsibilities include review, analyze, and modify existing designs to support existing materials and programs as well as creating new impact-driven creative. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected and may lead or direct the work of others.
Multimedia or equivalent experience. Proven ability to design layouts, develop document templates, and source imagery for documents all while leading a highly creative team. Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Cloud for teams.
We are looking for motivated team players with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifying portfolio including print and web samples are required.
