Title:  International Project Coordinator - Education Practice

Reports to:  International Product Manager

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the USA

Job Summary

The International Project Coordinator provides a vital role in the education department at FranklinCovey. This role reports to the International Product Manager and acts as a liaison between the product team of FranklinCovey and our network of global partners to ensure that our product reflects the needs of the global community. The International Project Coordinator will be a primary point of contact for all digital product support. They will be responsible for uploading partner content, tracking partner support tickets, and creating product trainings. The coordinator will brainstorm and create processes to better localization strategies for the global community and execute these strategies. They will track partners' feedback and be an advocate for global product strategy both internally and externally.  Must be a self-starter, be able to work across cultures, and be agile enough to switch priorities at a moment's notice.

Essential Job Functions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related activities between global partners and FranklinCovey, ensuring succinct communication, unified efforts, and clarity around objectives.
  • Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability across the relevant teams involved in the process.
  • Anticipate changes and bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical and operational constraints with external parties
  • Provide trainings to non-native English speakers on product launches, updates, and features
  • Working across the team to develop improvements in the process to increase efficiency and improve the international product strategy and processes. 

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in project management.
  • Abstractly creative; can leverage this skill to provide input on challenges in the process. 
  • Ability to influence others by maintaining open channels of communication, fostering teamwork, and building relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand complex issues from various sources, while finding simple solutions.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, negotiate, and problem solve.
  • Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes and quickly adapt to changes in priorities.
  • Comfortable in working in a complex, ambiguous, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, including e-mail, Word, and Excel.
  • Basic InDesign competency. 
  • Proficiency in a second language strongly recommended, Spanish and Portuguese fluency preferred.
