Title: Learning and Development Strategist

Reports to:  Director, Customer Success

Location: Remote - Anywhere in the US; preferably CST or EST


Job Summary

The Learning and Development Strategist’s job is to support clients’ utilization of the FranklinCovey All Access Pass subscription product for their leadership development programs and culture transformation initiatives.   You will partner with an integrated account team, which includes a Client Partner (account owner), Client Engagement Coordinator, Delivery Consultant(s), and All Access Care technical support, to steward, retain, and help expand the client relationship over time.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new clients
    • Provide orientation to the All Access Pass subscription elements
    • Assess/confirm desired outcomes, learner profile, and timeline
    • Align relevant content, people services, and technology and clearly outline an implementation strategy
    • Provide tools, templates, and advice to support client launch and learner engagement
  • Driving the client engagement process
    • Schedule, coordinate preparation, and co-facilitate quarterly business reviews to assess progress, identify strategy modifications/enhancements, and educate client on current people development trends and/or ways to maximize, continue, and/or expand use of the All Access Pass subscription
    • Serve as a strategic thought partner for the client, responding to client requests and questions and proactively sharing best practices
  • Contributing to client and team success
    • Account strategy and planning with integrated account team
    • Developing new client and engagement tools, templates, and processes
    • Cross collaboration to provide client perspective and inform product development
    • Selective pre-sale support


You will be part of the FranklinCovey Implementation Strategist team member, a group of 30+ full-time employees dedicated to client success. You will share learnings, help others, uncover best practices, and grow our collective knowledge in service of our clients.


Key Measures

  • Client utilization of All Access Pass content, people services, and technology
  • Client subscription renewal and expansion, Client retention
  • Successful partnership with the integrated account team


Job Requirements

  • Learning or talent development background preferred; FranklinCovey content knowledge and use helpful, but not required
  • Client-centric with 3-5+ years experience in account management, sales, business development, consulting, and/or customer success
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, EQ, and virtual executive presence
  • Able to navigate a consultative dialogue by listening, asking questions, and advocating relevant solutions
  • Highly organized and able to balance both strategic and tactical responsibilities
  • Achiever with Heart
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel and comfortable with continuous learning of new technology and functionality
  • Able to travel as needed
