Title: Marketing Operations Manager
Reports to: VP Marketing, Education Division
Location: Remote – Anywhere in the US
Job Summary
The primary role of the Marketing Operations Manager is to oversee administrative responsibilities for the marketing technology systems used by FranklinCovey’s Education Division. These platforms include Marketo, Wordpress, Drift, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, and more. This position will be responsible for keeping our marketing tech stack running effectively, integrating new tools as needed, and implementing innovative ideas and best practices that enable the marketing team to fully leverage the power of these tools. The role will also track and analyze data to inform effective practices and impact for tactics deployed across marketing channels. The role will require strong communications skills, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to accuracy and detail.
