Title:  On Call Exam Evaluator - Education Practice

Reports to:  Director of Certificate Program Assessment - Education Practice

Job Summary
We are looking for an Exam Evaluator for our LeaderU Leadership Certificate Program to grade competency exams that include essays, videos, Q & A interviews, and role-plays. 

 Essential Job Functions

  • Evaluate essays, and recorded videos, interviews and role plays, using an assessment rubric. (2 hours)
  • Use objectivity and consistency in grading.
  • Provide valid reasoning for assigning specific grades.
  • Do reviews of other graders when necessary.

Job Requirements

This position requires a basic knowledge of FranklinCovey content (will receive training).  A BA/BS and a minimum of 1 year of working in a testing field or an education background. Must have strong understanding and analytical skills for using an assessment rubric, and be able to grade diverse formats including written, verbal, interview and role play performance with high accuracy and integrity. Ability to focus and be productive working independently.   

On Call Employee: 1 to 19 hours per week, flexible hours within this schedule: 8:00am to 10:00pm Eastern Time.
