Job Title: Operations Manager – Customer Success

Reports to: VP of Customer Success

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the US

 

Job Summary:

Operations Manager will serve the Customer Success Leadership team to oversee the performance, efficiencies, and satisfaction of employees in order to drive improved productivity.  They will work with the VP to execute the strategy for the CS team, finding ways to enhance employees work quality and drive improved operational results.

 

Essential Job Functions:

VP Support:

  • Manage the VP schedule
  • Manage the communication channels for the CS teams
  • VP expenses
  • Prepare analytical data for VP to review
  • Preparing weekly forecast documentation
  • Additional projects as needed

 

Team:

  • Organizing meetings for Customer Success Team
  • Fostering exchange of ideas across cross functional teams to drive improve performance
  • Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and culture building

 

Operations:

  • Help craft and send communications to appropriate teams
  • Partner cross functionally to influence
  • Partner with finance to ensure data accuracy
    • Checks and balance
    • Problem solving
    • Training on root cause issues
  • Tracking budgets and compensation for CS team
  • Approving CS team expenses
  • Tracking customer feedback for VP to review and communicate to other Sr. Leaders as appropriate
  • Support CS leaders with operational challenges
  • Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue
  • Domo Reporting

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a project management capacity
  • Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize with minimal oversight
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with a team in a remote environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiar with Smartsheets or Asana
  • Familiar with Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
