Title:  People Services Coordinator

Reports to:  Director of People Services

Location: Remote - Anywhere in the Greater SLC Area


Job Summary

This position plays a key role in supporting the People Services team including successfully onboarding new associates with FranklinCovey.


Essential Job Functions

  • Completes new hire process including sending new hire paperwork, creating PIF, entering new hire paperwork into ADP HRB system, completing new hire checklist, sending welcome emails, performing background checks, and following all Federal guidelines for verification of employment. 
  • Maintains new hire paperwork.
  • Respond to general HR and prospective employee questions as needed.
  • Manages the process of onboarding contractors including sending contracts, maintaining active contractor list, background checks and coordinating with AP and other related departments.
  • Maintain and update company organizational charts.
  • Assist People Services Team with general support in a variety of tasks including data gathering, report creation, internal training registration, etc.   


Job Requirements

This position prefers a BS/BA plus 1-3 years’ experience in administrative support.  Proficiency in MS Office, Google docs and specifically using presentation, spreadsheet and word processing programs is required.  ADP experience is a plus.  Work experience must demonstrate strong technology use and acumen, ability to organize and balance multiple priorities, strong customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including ability to maintain confidentiality.  Exceptional interpersonal skills are required.  We are looking for a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a collaborative, fun team environment.
