Title:  Product Manager – Digital Platforms

Reports to:  Director, Digital Platforms

Job Summary
The Product Manager will assist and execute on product strategy, platform experience, and provide support for product operations. In this role, you’ll play an integral role in the management, oversight, and support of FranklinCovey’s Digital Platforms including its flagship All Access Pass (AAP) platform. The AAP platform is a best-in-class, highly customized LXP product available in over 20 languages with hundreds of thousands of worldwide users.

This role is cross-functional, and you’ll work closely with engineering, learning design, localization, sales, creative and operations teams to help shape, define, and prioritize product features.

 The Product Manager role has three main areas of responsibility:

  • Execution of product vision and strategy
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to define development needs and priorities
  • Assist with product & platform management and maintenance

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has at least 3-5+ years’ technical experience with web apps and is effective in these 5 areas:

  • Ability to interpret, assess, and act upon product insights
  • Impeccable communication & collaboration skills
  • Provides valuable input into the decision-making process
  • Innovative & inventive – provides unique solutions to problems both big and small
