Job Summary

The Product Operations Specialist will assist and execute on product strategy, platform experience, and provide support for customers, users, and internal teams. In this role, you’ll play an integral role in the management, oversight, and support of FranklinCovey’s Education Platform for the Leader in Me. The Leader in Me Platform is a custom web application with a robust resource library, survey/assessment platform, school management system, and internal client management system. It is available in 19 languages and delivered globally to a large audience of users.


This role is cross-functional, and you’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Learning Design, Localization, Sales, and Operations teams to aid and support the day-to-day operation of FranklinCovey’s Leader in Me Platform.


Essential Job Functions

  • Assisting with product & platform management and maintenance
  • Building and maintaining documentation to facilitate usage internally and externally.
  • Working directly with internal teams and clients to identify, triage, and solve technical issues
  • Organizing all documentation and information needed for top-priority development initiatives
