Title:  Product Operations Specialist - Digital Platforms

Reports to:  Director, Digital Platforms

Location: Anywhere in the USA

Job Summary:
The Product Operations Specialist will assist and execute on product strategy, platform experience, and provide support for customers, users, and internal teams. This role will play an integral role in the management, oversight, and support of FranklinCovey’s Digital Platforms including its flagship All Access Pass (AAP) platform. The AAP platform is a best-in-class, highly customized LXP product available in over 20 languages with hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. This is a cross-functional role and will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Learning Design, Localization, Sales, and Operations teams to aid and support the day-to-day operation of FranklinCovey’s Digital Platforms.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist with product & platform management and maintenance.
  • Build, deploy, and test course content across different platforms.
  • Work directly with internal teams and clients to identify, triage, and solve technical issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ project management experience.
  • Project management accreditation (APMP, PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent) preferred.
  • 5+ years’ technical support experience with web apps.
  • Strong ability to interpret, assess, and resolve user issues.
  • Experience with client-facing support and interaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects.
  • Innovative & inventive – provides unique solutions to problems both big and small.
  • Excellent communication abilities with all roles; must be able to interact and impact every level of stakeholder.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a wide variety of personalities and opinions.
  • Ability to create consensus around decisions and mitigate conflicts between teams.
  • Strong problem solving, decision making, issue analysis, and resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with internal clients.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, global work environment.
  • Ability to determine and address both business and technical requirements.
  • Must be highly motivated.
