Role Context

Historically FC primarily offered in-person, one-off training. Over the last five years, we have made substantial investments, and have had significant success, transitioning the business to an online, subscription product (AAP). Earlier this year we acquired

, an edtech startup whose leadership development platform was used by leading tech cos like Slack, Airbnb, Pinterest and Intuit. Under the Strive's team direction and leadership, we are doubling down on their technology/product-centric approach and looking to build out a large product and engineering team.

 

Role Summary

The Product Operations Specialist will assist and execute on product strategy, platform experience, and provide support for customers, users and internal teams. In this role, you’ll play an integral role in the management, oversight, and support of FranklinCovey’s Digital Platforms including (a) the All Access Pass (AAP) platform (b) the Admin Platform and (c) the Jhana Platform.

 

This role is cross-functional, and you’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Learning Design, Localization, Sales, and Operations teams to aid and support the day-to-day operation of FranklinCovey’s Digital Platforms.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist with product & platform management and maintenance.
  • Build, deploy, and test course content across different platforms
  • Work directly with internal teams and clients to identify, triage, and solve technical issues

Job Requirements
