Job Summary


This role will provide a high level of customer service and program support to our clients: Members of the House of Representatives. Our program support coordinator will ensure clients get checked into our events in a timely manner. You are responsible for creating check in materials, event check-ins, and  problem-solving challenges. This is currently an extremely manual, detailed process and we are looking for you to help us to not only master the process but also to determine ways to improve it. Continually improving our processes allows us to provide a better experience for our clients.

This position will help our team continually innovate to meet client needs, which will enhance the customer experience.   

Essential Job Functions

  • Create face sheets for Members of the House of Representatives for use as check-in to each Member session
  • Conduct Member check-in and check-out for each session
  • Ensure room set-up is correct for member sessions
  • Refresh all rooms in DC with participant materials and rosters the morning of each program
  • Put together materials – take off shrink wrap and put o-ring in cards
  • Shifts would be either 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM with variation based on the course schedule

This position requires a minimum of 3-4 years of customer service/event support experience plus some college.  Work experience must demonstrate organization and customer service support skills.  Adept at approaching practical problems and creating consensus or standardization in situations where there may be a variety of competing variables and conflicting interests. Excellent communication skills and phone skills are required.  We are looking for motivated team players with strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
