Title: Project Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Operations, Business Outcomes Practice
Please note: Working with clients in MTN & Pacific time zones and must be available during these time zones working hours
Job Summary
The Project Coordinator fills an essential role within FranklinCovey’s Business Outcomes Practice. This position will own client engagements and be the internal advocate for your clients. You will be responsible for key project factors like resources, scope, timeline, deliverables, budget, reporting, and overall client implementation satisfaction. You will coordinate across organizations including Sales, Product Management, and Support throughout the project lifecycle. As the primary point of contact during an implementation, the Project Coordinator will take ownership in communicating frequent, relevant updates to the project team including status updates and risk assessment.
