Title: Project Manager, Proposal Writer

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the US
Job Summary
We are looking for a Proposal Writer to join our Education team. The primary role of the Proposal Writer is to strategically and competitively position Leader in Me and FranklinCovey Education products and services by preparing responses to Request For Proposals (RFPs) along with supporting internal teams by writing and finalizing proposal submissions for large deals.
The Proposal Writer will gather information from existing RFPs, documentation and technical experts within the company, write a draft response, obtain approvals and finally submit the proposal and supporting documents to the requester. They will manage and oversee the lifecycle of drafting/submitting proposals which includes proactively acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of multiple teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong background and understanding of business process management, experience drafting proposals, coupled with strong writing skills. The ideal candidate should have good time and project management skills to ensure that proposals are submitted accurately, meeting high quality standards and strict deadlines. The ideal candidate exhibits a high degree of initiative, organization, and self-direction.
