Title:  Recruitment Coordinator
Reports to:  Director of Recruitment


Job Summary

This position plays a key role in supporting the recruitment team to achieve FranklinCovey’s hiring goals and objectives.        


Essential Job Functions

  • Support recruitment team by managing our Applicant Tracking System, posting jobs, scheduling interviews, travel, and other meetings, checking references, and supporting other miscellaneous recruitment activities for the recruitment team.
  • Take ownership of our Recruitment Report used to track our pipeline of candidates and hiring data, timeline, and scoreboard. 
  • Maintain our recruitment communications page on our intranet.        
  • Complete new hire process including sending new hire paperwork, creating PIF, entering new hire paperwork into ADP HRB system, completing new hire checklist, sending welcome emails, performing background checks, and verification of employment.    
  • Respond to general HR and prospective employee questions as needed.
  • Perform additional recruitment support activities, as assigned, including initiatives with diversity partnerships, job fairs, and other networking activities.
  • Ability to get involved in the recruitment process over time, including proactive searching for talent to fill open positions.

Requirements

This position prefers a BS/BA plus 1-3 years’ experience in administrative support.  Proficiency in MS Office, Google docs and specifically using presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing programs is required.  ADP experience is a plus.  Work experience must demonstrate strong technology use and acumen, ability to organize and balance multiple priorities, strong customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to maintain confidentiality.   Exceptional interpersonal skills are required.  We are looking for a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a collaborative, fun team environment.
