Title:  Regional Practice Leader - Execution

Reports to: VP of Business Outcomes

 

Job Summary

The Regional Practice Leader (RPL) will focus on high leverage large deal client opportunities delivering and selling FranklinCovey’s 4 Disciplines of Execution and Leadership methodology.  This is a position that requires strong delivery and consultative selling skills.  It requires a person with former executive leadership experience who has run a business unit of 200-500+ persons.  Will require expertise in presenting FranklinCovey offerings to organizations including all tools, work sessions, and training components of our Execution and Leadership solutions.   

Essential Job Functions

This person will partner with the Execution Practice Leader, General Manager & Client Partners to:

  • Present Execution buyer presentations to senior leaders of existing & prospective client organizations.
  • Guarantee the successful implementation of an Execution pilot within organizations.
  • Ensure the client accomplishes business results from the Execution pilot.
  • Leverage those results to create large on-going relationships with clients.
  • Close business consistently within the FranklinCovey guidelines developed for product and services mix and pricing.
  • Design custom programs and tailor standard programs to meet individual client needs.

Job Requirements

Position requires former C level or senior leadership experience running a business unit of 200-500+ persons and/or 10+ years of consulting experience with C-level and senior leaders.  Bachelor’s degree required with a Master’s degree preferred. Must be able to create and deliver compelling, polished buyer presentations to both line leadership and senior corporate executives within target companies.    A high degree of business acumen with strong character is essential.  Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.  A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm and integrity is critical to success in this role.
