Title: Senior Consultant

Reports to:  VP of Consulting

Location: Remote – East Coast

Job Summary

Senior Consultants work with executive sales leaders, sales enablement, and sales teams to create a culture of sales execution and develop consultative sales skills throughout the organization.  Responsibilities include consulting with clients to determine their needs, recommend solutions, and train on our sales performance methodologies to support organizations in their sales strategy and learning process.   

Essential Job Functions

  • Master process and delivery of FranklinCovey Sales Performance solutions  
  • Incoming client support requests for sales enablement needs and questions
  • Additional client support activities/requests as designated by the Sales Performance Practice
  • Consult with client prior to work session to determine client needs, participant profile, and needs for implementation.
  • Interact and adjust approach to audience appropriately (senior, managerial, supervisory & individual contributor sales levels).   
  • Conduct sales calls with Client Partners and continuously participate in business development efforts.
  • Use visuals and visual support media effectively.

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in a sales capacity, including a proven track record of success in leading a sales team and achieving individual sales targets.
  • Must be able to create and deliver compelling, polished buyer presentations to both line leadership and senior sales executives within target companies.    
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. 
  • A high degree of business acumen with strong character is essential. 
  • Engaging and dynamic presentation skills are required. 
  • A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity is critical to success in this role. 
  • Must be able and willing to travel.
