Title:  Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives

Reports to:  President, Enterprise Division

Location: Remote – Anywhere in USA

 

Job Summary

The Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives, will work on behalf of the President of the Enterprise Division to drive special projects related to the implementation of business strategy and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, action-oriented leader. This role requires extensive experience with data analytics and translating complex analysis to visual and written form.

 

Collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, innovation, enablement, people services, and executives will be crucial to the success of this role. The candidate must have a demonstrated ability to independently lead strategic initiatives and work effectively in the midst of competing priorities. Candidates must navigate nuanced assignments, develop project plans, then partner with others to execute on time and on budget.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in sales, marketing, operations, or strategic projects 
  • 5+ years creating organizational & executive communication in written, oral, and visual formats
  • Data analytics skills that include tools like Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), and visualization using a tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Proven track record of running complex, multi-year projects to launch and problem-solve around implementation of new initiatives
  • Experience assessing tech stack vendors, managing the procurement process, and successfully implementing a solution with end users
  • History of partnering with global locations to implement standardized processes

 

Preference will be given to candidates with strong cross-functional relationships in FranklinCovey.
