Title: Software Engineer (Admin Platform)
Reports to: Director, Digital Platforms
Location: Anywhere in the US, Canada, or Latin America
Job Summary
FranklinCovey is one of the world’s largest and most trusted leadership development companies, helping individuals and organizations realize their potential. As a Software Engineer on the Admin Platform team, you will partner with product and design to build an Admin Platform to help 1,700+ clients easily launch, manage and measure impact journeys. These impact journeys will reach, teach and transform the lives of 2,000,000+ working learners (you’ll impact 4x as many learners as all US business schools combined).
Role Context
Historically FC primarily offered in-person, event-based training. Over the last five years, we have made substantial investments, and have had significant success, transitioning the business to an online, subscription product (AAP). In April ‘21, FC acquired Strive, an edtech startup whose leadership development platform was used by leading tech companies like Slack, Airbnb, Pinterest and Intuit. We are now doubling down on our technology/product-centric approach and building out a significantly larger product and engineering team.
