Job Description


Title: Systems Administration Intern
Reports to: Director Digital Strategy, Education

Leader In Me Online is looking for an intern to assist technical product managers with systems administration and project management. This is a great opportunity for someone to work directly with a group of highly creative product managers in the early stages of new product development. The candidate will gain experience working in a dynamic team structure, will learn more about product development and management, and will have the opportunity to work directly with clients and senior members of Franklin Covey Education leadership team.

FranklinCovey Education delivers a whole-school transformation model to bring social, emotional learning and 21st Century leadership skills to K-12 schools globally. The Leader In Me Online team is driving the digital product strategy to grow from 4,000 schools to 100,000 schools globally.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Inputting and editing user and client accounts
  • Working with third-party APIs to help support data flows with LIMOL systems/databases
  • Running MS Excel functions and macros
  • Troubleshooting client requests and account management issues

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Excel, particularly data management functions (e.g. vlookup)
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and structures; knowledge of MySQL a plus
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS; some programming experience a plus
  • Previous experience running API calls from API Consoles is preferred; or, strong aptitude to learn
  • Previous experience with user management systems preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willing to learn
  • Good interpersonal and team-building skills
