Job Description



Job Summary

The Certification Coordinator partners with the Client Service Coordinator in meeting client needs.  Provides support for certification workshops within a team environment.


Essential Job Functions

  • Interface with Client Partners, Client Service Coordinator and Clients as well as other stakeholders in gathering and compiling information to meet the needs of certification workshops.
  • Set up certification workshops in the network system.
  • Communicate workshop dates to stakeholders as well as monitor the enrollment of each certification workshop.
  • Follow through with all aspects of certification workshops to support clients in researching and answering questions regarding facilitator training and issues with the certification workshop.
  • Process and track shipment of certification products to ensure high quality certification workshops.
  • Process final invoicing related to certification programs.
  • Input information for profit and loss for all certification programs.
  • Monitor client-licensing process to ensure all clients have a signed license agreement in place.
  • Coordinator logistics for workshop including catering, food requirements, hotel accommodations and all other client needs.
  • Compile presenter box and welcome packets for workshop attendees and presenter.

Job Requirements


Position requires a minimum of 2 years of college or equivalent experience in a business/customer service environment.  Proficiency with MS Office is required.  Position requires exceptional communication and customer service skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in making decisions that affect clients. 

We are looking for a team player and proven self-starter with strong initiative.
