Title:  CEC Team Coach (Internal Candidates Only)
Reports to:  Director of Operations – Enterprise
Location: Anywhere in USA

Job Summary

The CEC Team Coach provides their designated MD teams operational support on matters of systems and processes associated with the Client Engagement Coordinator role.  They will be the first line of support for CECs on their designated teams regarding questions and mentoring.  The CEC Team Coach will also meet weekly with the Director of Operations to share information about their assessment of areas of training and culture-building needs for their teams.   The CEC Team Coach will participate in system/process simplification conversations with Corporate Operations and form part of the testing team for updates and upgrades to ensure integrity and alignment to current CEC processes.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage the daily CEC responsibilities for their assigned CPs.
  • Show strong proficiency with systems and the stipulated processes within all platforms used.
  • Stay current on, and ensure adherence to company policies, revenue recognition requirements, and processes, understanding how they impact decisions and sales. 
  • Respond to questions/inquiries from team members about systems/processes.
  • Deliver reinforcement training and mentoring for new processes in conjunction with Corporate Training and Director of Operations.
  • Share suggestions and feedback with team members to create stronger partnerships and increase trust
  • Provide the Director of Operations with regular assessments of team progress.

Job Requirements


This position requires a minimum of 2 years of employment at FranklinCovey in a CSC or IBP role with a strong track record of project and sales support experience, including being a proactive self-starter with proven organizational and problem-solving skills, demonstrating superior customer service.  Excellent written, communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills are essential, with a focus on building a solid culture of proactivity, positivity, and partnership.
