Job Description

Job Summary
The primary role of the Client Services Coordinator is to provide service and support for corporate clients in a team environment.  Will provide a wide-range of sales support to Client Partners and team.  Will assist Area with client post-sales contracting and logistical processes, communication with external clients and other administrative and project support duties as needed

Essential Job Functions

  • Process client orders for subscriptions/products/services and/or custom programs.
  • Coordinate live and virtual client engagements (logistics, pre-work, material, consultants, final communication to consultants, etc.)
  • Book and coordinate international client engagements with local offices.
  • Send, secure, and understand all Work with Legal on client agreements and custom. Help Client Partners and clients understand agreements where necessary.
  • Process subscriptions/engagements in the network system in a timely manner, ensuring extreme accuracy and attention to detail with information provided by the client and the Client Partner.
  • Manage and complete com Opportunity checklists for complete follow through on all aspects of client programs.
  • Ensure smooth client experience from point of sale through close and follow up
  • Provide exceptional service to clients through timely responses to inquiries
  • Maintain client (facilitator) databases and licensing process
  • Manage online assessments (instruct client on use, troubleshoot for participants, set up, run reports)
  • Handle all invoicing/credits and submit/monitor invoices to payment portals (where applicable)
  • Take ownership of client opportunities once they are sold
  • Work closely with Client Partner and Inside Business Partner to ensure all details/approvals are accurate
  • Provide leads to Client Partner and Inside Business Partners if client is interested in additional products/services
  • Ensure adherence to policies and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Stay current on company policies, processes, and technology, and understand how they impact decisions and sales.

Job Requirements

Requirements
This position requires a proactive self-starter with great organizational and problem-solving skills, able to work and thrive in a high-paced environment.  With a minimum of 3+ years of high level administrative and sales/project support experience and some college.  This individual must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, client service and communication skills, both written and verbal.  We are looking for a motivated team player with strong work ethic, and the ability to resolve issues and adapt to role changes.  Must be proficient with technology. Knowledge of Microsoft AX Dynamics and Salesforce.com is a big plus.
