Title:  Client Services Coordinator Trainer

Reports to:  Vice President of Operations

Job Summary
The Client Services Coordinator Trainer will be responsible for facilitating delivery of and implementing training programs and processes for the IBPs and Client Service Coordinators and Operations.  This position is responsible to own the outcome of training to ensure the centerline is followed.

Essential Job Functions

  • Create and provide training for new Client Service Coordinators/Operations employees and ensure competency levels meet business needs.
  • Create and provide ongoing centerline training of existing IBP/CSC/Operations employees. This training should support and ensure policies and processes are clearly defined and understood.
  • Create and provide training of employees within Operations on new processes.
  • Create and implement a reference manual for each position within CSC/Operations to provide functional consistency in process and accountability.
  • Create and maintain an on-line reference manual for quick access.
  • Work in concert with area managers of CSC’s/Operations as training is created and implemented.
  • Ongoing coordination with various company departments to gather and communicate pertinent information to CSC/Operations.
  • Mentor team members on best practices to promote customer service and career development.

Additional Job Functions

  • Provide customer service to our internal customers via live chat, email, or over the phone
  • Liaison between IT and CSCs on system questions and support; clearing the path for internal customers to effectively do their job.
  • Provide back-up for others on the Central Operations team

 

Job Requirements

Requirements
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of client services, sales support and administrative experience.  Prefer candidates with customer service training and experience designing/developing training material.  Customer service knowledge and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service must be demonstrated by prior work experience.  BS/BA is preferred.  Organization skills with high attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.   Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.  Exceptional communication skills are essential to deliver training with a dynamic and engaging classroom and online presence.  Strongly prefer knowledge of Franklin Covey programs and content or experience within the training industry. Travel may be required.
