Job Summary
The primary role of the Client Services Coordinator is to provide service and support for corporate clients in a team environment.  Will provide sales support for Sales Executives and team.  Will assist region in sales tracking, communication with external clients and other project management duties as needed

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage a project from initiation to completion, including but not limited to; working with Legal to create and edit contracts, shipping workshop materials, booking appropriate presenter, setting up assessment tools, etc.
  • Gather appropriate details from clients for scheduled workshops and enter into the network system.
  • Ensure smooth customer experience from point of sale through close and follow up.
  • Support clients by researching and answering questions regarding curricula, pricing, facilitator training, invoicing, delivery of product and account adjustments.
  • Process client orders for products and/or custom programs.
  • Calculate and process final invoicing related to client programs.
  • Process and manage client licenses.
  • Send pre-work materials to clients prior to their attendance at in-house facilitator training.
  • Assists Client Partners with tracking sales through Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.

 

Job Requirements

This position requires a minimum of 3+ years of a sales support/project management experience plus college degree required.  Work experience must demonstrate organization and customer service/sales skills.  Organization skills with high attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM are required.   Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.  Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills and excellent phone skills are required.  We are looking for motivated team players with strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.  Strongly prefer knowledge of Franklin Covey programs and content.
