Job Summary
The primary role of the Coaching Coordinator is to provide service and support for corporate clients in a team environment in our Executive Coaching group located in Dublin, Ohio.  Will provide support in engagement status tracking and reporting.  Will also assist practice leaders in sales tracking, communication with external clients, invoicing and other administrative duties as needed.

Essential Job Functions

  • Create monthly status reporting to be sent and reviewed by external clients, based on reporting from coaches and consultants.  Follow up with consultants and coaches to ensure that all notes and status items are completed in a timely manner.  Proofread and edit reporting notes as appropriate. 
  • Coordinate other non-status related client communication regarding engagements in flight.
  • Manage the calendars for 2 leaders.     
  • Support clients by researching and answering questions regarding coaching engagements, pricing and invoicing. 
  • Calculate and process invoicing related to client programs and engagements.
  • Send promotional materials to clients and prospective clients; present various program and product options to interested clients.
  • Send pre-work materials to clients prior to their coaching engagements and monitor the completion of the pre-work.                    
  • Ensure smooth customer experience from point of sale through close and follow up.
  • Arrange business development meetings and other client meetings.
  • Create statements of work and partner with leaders during the sales and delivery process.

Job Requirements

Requirements
This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of administrative/sales support experience plus some college (4-year degree is preferred).   This position will be in Dublin, OH.  Work experience must demonstrate organization and customer service/sales skills.    Organization skills with high attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are required.   Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.  Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills and excellent phone skills are required.  We are looking for motivated team players with strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
