Job Description

Digital Asset Coordinator—Print and presentation files

We are seeking a full-time Digital Asset Coordinator to enter, manage and maintain print and MS Powerpoint® files in multiple languages on our content management platform.

Under the direction of the Global Content Manager, you will:

  • Review incoming files for appropriate format and file naming conventions and record them on tracking documents.
  • Organize files on our network in preparation for loading to the content management platform.
  • Load files and metadata to the content management platform, ensuring 100% accuracy of uploaded content.
  • Investigate file issues reported by customers through our customer service area.
  • Participate in developing, maintaining and continuously improving the digital asset workflow and supporting tools.
  • Actively engage in replacing and properly accounting for digital files updated during product maintenance cycles.
  • Complete quality control testing plan on the files once they are deployed to our customer subscription platform.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills, particularly with MS Office tools.
  • Comfort working with materials that are in languages other than English (ability to speak or read languages other than English not required).
  • Positive attitude and passion for the job.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing customer requirements.
