Title: Senior Solutions Consultant/Implementation Specialist

Reports to:  Vice President, Passholder Experience

Job Summary

The Implementation Specialist’s job is to help deliver client success for All Access Pass, FranklinCovey’s flagship subscription product.

You will be a key partner of the Client Team, which includes a Client Partner (key account manager), Inside Business Partner, Delivery Consultant(s), and All Access Care.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating tailored client success plans based on their situation and needs (with the Client Partner)
  • Developing and launching impact journeys to client learners, and troubleshooting along the way
  • Reviewing progress and making any necessary changes in Quarterly Business Reviews (with the Client Partner)
  • Planning for future years of partnership and securing renewal and expansion (with the Client Partner)

You will be a core Implementation Specialist team member, a group of 12 full-time employees dedicated to client success. You will share learnings, help others, uncover best practices, and grow our collective knowledge in service of our clients. You may help with some pre-sale activities as well as finding clients who will become case studies.


Key Measures

  • Client retention, expansion, and add-on services
  • Satisfaction of the Client Partners on your accounts (Client Partner is the key account manager for each account)

Job Requirements

  • Client-centric
  • Very strong verbal and writing communication skills and EQ
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • 10+ years experience with account management, sales, business development, and/or customer success for a complex sale
  • Learning / Organization Development background preferred; FranklinCovey content knowledge helpful, but not required
  • Achiever with Heart
  • Proficient with technology (e.g. Salesforce, Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, modern web apps)
  • Able to travel 1-3 times/month
