Title:  Intern – Retention Specialist Support

Reports to: Education Quality Partner Lead



Job Summary
The primary role during the Internship is to provide support for a Retention Specialist. The position will assist in communication stewardship with existing Leader in Me schools, proposal writing, scheduling annual planning calls, and other sales efforts. Additional administrative support may include coordinating marketing efforts and projects as assigned.

Essential Job Functions

  • Ensure smooth customer experience leading up to point of sale.
  • Help arrange business development meetings.
  • Prepare & design proposals to meet client needs.
  • Assist with tracking next steps for schools.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and complete all other duties/projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

This position requires a minimum 3.0 GPA. Prefer a student pursuing a degree majoring in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Communication.  This person must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Organization, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM are required.  We are looking for motivated team players with strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
