Title:  Intern – Sales Executive Support

Reports to: Education Quality Partner Lead


Job Summary
The primary role during the Internship is to provide support for a Client Partner  (Sales Executive) and account management within an existing pipeline of leads. The position will assist in communication with external leads, proposal writing, lead referral qualification and generation. Additional administrative support may include coordinating travel and calendars.

Essential Job Functions

  • Ensure smooth customer experience leading up to point of sale.
  • Assist with qualifying leads and lead generation as needed.
  • Help arrange business development meetings and other client meetings.
  • Prepare & design proposals to meet client needs in coordination with Client Partners.
  • Maintain marketing material and assist with marketing efforts.
  • Communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Compose, prepare and mail customized information packets to clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and complete all other duties/projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

This position requires a minimum 3.0 GPA. Prefer a student pursuing a degree majoring in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Communication.  This person must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Organization, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM are required.  We are looking for motivated team players with strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
