Title: Product Marketing Manager
Reports to: Vice President, Marketing — Education Practice

 

Job Summary
This is a key role on the education marketing team, primarily responsible for growing the Leader in Me brand and other professional development services in the K-12 education industry.  We’re looking for an exceptional communicator, seasoned writer, results-driven project manager, creative marketing innovator, and a purpose-driven individual who is inspired by our charge to change education around the world. You will play a key role in communicating the value and impact of Leader in Me to the world.  You will develop effective tools, campaigns, and resources needed to support the demand-gen efforts a large sales force and a global network of partners.

Responsibilities Include

  • Oversee the development, design, and deployment of collateral, email, direct mail, product launch tools, web pages, presentations, and other essential brand communication.
  • Adapt and tailor communication to resonate with a variety of stakeholders in the education market such as district administrators, school administrators, teachers, parents, community members, and students.
  • Collaborate with Product Development to launch new products internally and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Write blogs, whitepapers, video scripts, and copy to publish on social media.
  • Help establish, maintain, and adapt the personality and positioning of the Leader in Me global brand.
  • Work with the events team to create annual event themes and campaigns for the Leader in Me Symposium Series and the Global Summit.
  • Partner with thought leaders to create exclusive content and opportunities to collaboratively generate and publish content.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Very strong understanding of the K-12 Education market
  • Exceptionally strong writing and editing skills
  • BA in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years working in a communications-intensive role, preferably in the education industry
  • Outstanding communication, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong organizational, project, and team management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
