Title:  Project Coordinator
Reports to:  Director of Operations, Business Outcomes Practice
Please note: Working with clients in MTN & Pacific time zones and must be available during these time zones working hours 

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator fills an essential role within FranklinCovey’s Business Outcomes Practice. This position will own client engagements and be the internal advocate for your clients. You will be responsible for key project factors like resources, scope, timeline, deliverables, budget, reporting, and overall client implementation satisfaction. You will coordinate across organizations including Sales, Product Management, and Support throughout the project lifecycle. As the primary point of contact during an implementation, the Project Coordinator will take ownership in communicating frequent, relevant updates to the project team including status updates and risk assessment.

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams consisting of senior sales leaders, client partners, technology support, consultants and clients from planning through implementation closure
  • Reviewing project scope and make recommendations to ensure deliverables are assigned and completed
  • Confirming SalesForce is aligned with Statement of work, revenue is being allocated appropriately
  • Preparing agreements based on scoping meeting
  • Allocating resources, assign implementation deliverables and monitor completion of those deliverables through the use of a detailed project plan
  • Supporting implementation team by being the main point of contact for the client and delegating tasks out to appropriate resources
  • Coordinating, facilitating and documenting project update meetings with internal and external team members
  • Providing ongoing support to project personnel by regularly communicating with project team members to ensure schedule deliverables and changes are accurately interpreted and accounted for; Escalate issues in a timely, effect manner
  • Developing/maintaining relationships and liaison with project sponsors, internal and external customers, team members, support teams and 3rd party vendors
  • Monitoring project performance, assess risk and communicate updates frequently to necessary stakeholders
  • Implementing and managing change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Confirming all implementations/projects are meeting deliverables on time and within budget with high quality and efficiency
  • Processing client orders for products and/or services agreed to
  • Calculating and processing final invoicing related to client programs
  • Ensuring smooth customer experience from point of sale through close and follow up
  • Processing Beyond ROI reporting package
  • Managing several projects simultaneously with little oversight

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understanding of project management principles and some experience leading projects
  • Must be highly organized and able to exercise professional initiative and good judgment in prioritizing work and balancing multiple tasks/projects at one time
  • Present complex data/concepts in a simplified, understandable, and meaningful way
  • Proficient in working collaboratively and flexibly with a team while staying committed to client implementation deadlines.
  • Proactively assesses risks and communicates clearly/effectively solutions to avoid
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university and two-plus years related experience in a client service and project coordination; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be computer literate with a working knowledge and experience with the entire Microsoft suite of products, AND other software packages as applicable.
