Title:  Senior Sales Executive & Leader

Reports to:  Vice President, Corporate Development

 

Job Summary
FranklinCovey, is seeking a seasoned candidate to help grow their successful executive coaching division – Robert Gregory Partners.

Robert Gregory Partners (RGP) currently works with many Fortune 500 companies, has a diverse coaching panel of over 100 coaches and a global reach. RGP boasts a 95% coaching success rate given their professional services approach, strong coaching methodology, communication with coaching sponsor team and rigorous engagement oversight.

An ideal candidate would have a proven track record in selling executive coaching, effectively managing and navigating buyer relationships with Fortune 1000 firms, a strong commitment to excellence and great executive presence. The candidate could be located anywhere in the US and would be expected to travel 25-35% of the time.

Essential Job Functions

  • Designs account strategy and business development to develop new and existing executive coaching accounts.
  • Key initiator of new business development through prospecting to medium to large sized organizations for strategic penetration.
  • Develops and executes on territory marketing and management plan to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Independently calls on and meets face-to-face with mid to senior-level executives and other representatives to generate sales.
  • Diagnoses and assesses client needs.
  • Writes and oversees effective business proposals.
  • Closes sales opportunities consistently within the FranklinCovey guidelines.
  • Regularly meets with clients to ensure ongoing success and continued expansion of services.
  • Leads and elevates the performance of the executive coaching sales team.   

Job Requirements

Requirements
 
This position requires a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in executive coaching sales selling to Fortune 5,000 companies. Bachelor’s in business or related field is preferred. 

A stable work history and successful track record of personal sales performance in a large corporate environment is essential.  Requires a consultative sales background with demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, forecasting, prospecting and driving opportunities to closure.  A strong commitment to FranklinCovey’s mission, vision and values is essential. 


Sales leadership experience is preferred.  Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential; must be able to create and deliver compelling, polished sales presentations to both line leadership and senior corporate executives within target companies.
