Title: Senior Sales Representative, WFH in the Greater Auckland area

Job Summary
The primary role of the Senior Sales Representative is to sell FranklinCovey products and services to organisations as the main representative in New Zealand. Reporting into to our regional headquarters in Sydney, the Senior Sales Representative will generate leads, develop opportunities and close business using FranklinCovey products and services. The role requires a matures sales person to develop business with key decision makers within targeted accounts in New Zealand, and grow sales revenue by positioning solutions that exactly meet the client’s needs. Knowledge of FranklinCovey products and services as well as experience selling to HR and L&D functions are desirable, but not essential. Through training, this individual will acquire expertise on FranklinCovey offerings including All Access Pass (AAP), FranklinCovey’s flagship subscription product.
The Senior Sales Representative will build mutually beneficial business relationships to reach monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. A well-developed pattern of sales achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity, as well as a strong professional network is critical to success in this role. This is an independent field sales role for a Senior Sales Representative with a high degree of business maturity, who loves selling solutions and is highly motivated to bring high-quality learning and development solutions to people in organisations across New Zealand.
Essential Job Functions
Requirements
This position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in a professional services environment.
A stable work history and successful track record of personal sales performance in a large corporate environment is essential. Requires a consultative sales background with demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, forecasting, prospecting and driving opportunities to closure.
Strong verbal and written communications skills are required; must be able to create and deliver compelling, polished sales presentations to both line leadership and senior corporate executives within target companies.
